Business executives and managers have many responsibilities. One of the greatest is that of budgeting and managing time.

Successful business people who know the importance of proper time budgeting follow an itinerary. This schedule of events and appointments helps promote efficiency.

It is not unreasonable, therefore, for the average person to keep a personal schedule. Let’s face it. Most of us cannot remember every detail of what we want to accomplish, whether in a year, a month, or even a day! Write down your overall long-term goals, and your short term goals, too! Refer to them often. Write down even the small things that you need to do on a daily basis! The procedure is simple. The results are incredible! Checking items off your list will give you a sense of accomplishment that will keep you going!
