The Jimmy Carter Story
Have you ever noticed how little children distort their faces when they close their eyes for a surprise?
As children become teens though, many close their eyes and distort their LIVES! Not visualizing consequences of actions or lack of actions can have far reaching effects.
If you don’t look ahead while you’re young and visualize your future, you set yourself up to face great regret. That’s an easy prediction because there are a lot of adults running around still trying to make life work for themselves. They would give anything for the opportunity to go back to their youth and incorporate a little vision for their futures.
If you’re a young person living only for the present, “open your eyes” to the future, and picture yourself ten, twenty, and thirty years from now. Prepare yourself now to become the person you want to be then. You’ll never regret that.
